Unfortunately, I don't have enough skin in this to seek legal counsel myself, but perhaps someone who does might want to discuss with a lawyer... I have absolutely no idea if there are any grounds for legal action.  The problem might be, to the best of my knowledge, is that noone has any evidence that SH's were harmed resulting from illegal actions of the executives/board of the corporation.  If that last statement is false, I'd like to hear about it thought.
