Poydras Gaming Finance - Bullish Outlook

Poydras Gaming Finance - Bullish OutlookThe pullback in share price as of late has opened a great opportunity for what i believe is one of the last times to average down. As an investor it is important to not follow the hype and story, not to fall in love but to make an investment in your research. Poydras Board and Management have followed through with everything that they have told to shareholders. Investors of this company should just listen to the Webinar and conference call to see what MR Macy stated.

1) Debt will be restructured in 2016: Given that PYD debt is at 26 Million, If a restructure deal is to come to fruition that would mean that a financial institution went under the hood and was comfortable of loaning a very large debt structure. Given that PYD current market cap is 20 million and PYD debt is due over the next 2 years, what will the market do when a venture play restructures its debt when the loan is more then the market cap?

2) During the webinar,  " https://wsw.com/webcast/ldmicro10/pyd.v" Mr Macy stated that PYD is able to move to the Toronto Exchange from the venture. This move would bring with it a larger venue of funds becuase of the requirements to move the the TSE. Also our reporting periods would be shortened and avoid such long winters.

3)Duel listing, MR Macy mentioned duel listening as a potential in the near term. Placing PYD on the american markets would be very bullish as we are trading at .04 US

4)Management has stated strong growth for the remaining 2016, this to me would indicate that more contracts could be in our pipeline.

5)Our board of directors is one of the most overly qualified I have ever seen on the Venture, This board alone is worth the investment.

6. We are valued at a very low multiple of various ratios.

7. on the conference call, 2 investment firms called in asking about debt restructure. This indicates to me that the needle that broke the camels back will be the debt restructure for the reasons already listed. If a large debt restructure can be achieved it validates the story and will push as to mid teens.
