RE:RE:RE:SP rallyYour last sentence shows your ignorance of the US capital markets. Many, if not the majority of US mutual funds and pension funds have black and white restrictions on the types of equities they can invest in. One of these restrictions is the inability to buy equities not listed on a US exchange. Many hedge funds, because of their mandates, cannot either. A US listing opens up a multitude of potential new investors.
