RE:PORTLAND PHOTOS - FACILITY IN OPERATION....Looking at some of their pictures and definetly very odd for treatment centers to have pool tables and air hockey tables, etc.. those are considered mind altering activities. Definetly nothing like the treatment centers I have visited in Canada.
