Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Robert  fyi, it was meant to be offensive, and please help yourself to the iggy option!

look all this shareholder angst could have been easily avoided if these f'n clowns simply anounced in the first place that once the platform updates were done it would be 2 weeks for the inclination tests, there was no need to anounce what they did. also the tests take 2 weeks, however, any adjustments needed after the tests could take much longer, everyone here assumes everything will be a ok with the inclination testing, even minor adjustments can take a bit of time.

personally I think POFS-1 will be sent off on a wing and a prayer after years of delays, my assumption has to be everytime they dug into or welded the bones of this POFS they ran into structural rust issues. metal built in 1977 sitting in salt water the whole time is not a great scenario. best just to tow POFS-1 to taiwan for scrap metal, along with pofs management. very bad vibes from this shite show.
