I had a hunch they were accumilating - so - another 1.5 %- INTERESTING -
1 - Are they the same group acquiring prior to integrity - during integrity - and after integrity - so what was their share percentage count before 30 days ago - and now - another 1.5 % added - are they really good friends of pyd ? Could this interested party accumulating ever be a foe - takeover via shares ?
2 - if integrity's former owners own 11.3 % as stated on the curernt corp presentation - and if this other party is accumulating lots - i wonder if its over 10% of the shares out ? If so, should it not be stated on the corp presentation - whom ever wns a considerable amoun of shares ?
How much does pyd own ? Are they affiliated with any other share accumilator ?
3 - that's why i've been quite interested in who owns what and how much - meaning - for some time now, i've been intrigued to know this UNKOWN pie percentage share structure - if we had all the stats - i think it could paint a very interesting picture -
4 - Next, who was given the contract to advise for 20k per month ? How many shares do they own ? Why, arent they advising in terms of asking pyd to advertise to retail investors ?
5 - So - knowing who owns what and how much -
PYD = % ?
Integrity = 11.3 % ( corp presentaion fine print )
Cannacord = %?
Prior holders pre integrity = % ?
What if there's 30% ownership in large holders ? (rough estimate)
leaving 25 mm shares - ( HYPOTHETICAL? )
HOW MUCH DOES PYD earn - annual REVENUES ?
Tonkawa - 5.5 million ? x 6.9 contract years (38mm term revenues),
Integrity 1600 slots = 5 million? x contract years ?
Lucky casino x ??? million contract years ?
Latest new contract = 2 million x contract years ?
Future 2016 x contracts years ?
Add up the millions in revenues per year - x - amount of long term residual contracts ?
My reasoning to rehash the above numbers ?
I would like to see a buyout - instead of my patience worn with an undervalue valuation - and accumulation going on like forever !.
