Patience pays offI got into this stock Nov last year and up to now my rate of return is 49% of 180k, a hefty return on my investment and i look forward for another 50% increase this year. I don't trade the stock because i don't want to fatten the Government coffers and the investment House's coffers, going in and out of the stock and also i don't have to glue myself in front of the computer all day and so i can enjoy life. Due to overweight on CRH the Investment House cut my margin from 70% to 25% trying to force me to diversify and start trading. But i refused and so they will be the losers since i am not trading and their commissions will be zero. The year before i started trading oil stocks and i was devastated, lost all my money, almost and i will never get into these stock again, especially the pipelines. The high dividends of these stocks is a trap to get you in and then you get whacked. Stay away from dividend paying stocks, especially resources. So CRH, may be considered a speculative stock by some, but i would take this risk than Crescent Point and other cr@@p trading out there. Steady as she goes wins the race and patience is required.
