Reminds us all of how dangerous a business mining is. No indication of whether operations will be disrupted whilst investigations are ongoing - but unlikely to have any long-term impact.
I hope that a) the company will learn lessons and tighten up any safety slackness; b) ensure that miner's family are well and promptly compensated.
