They needed to do tis financing because acording to their last financials they would have ran out of money by end of may. So this financing will keep them in business till end of September. In the mean time it may be a good idea to sell into any rally. This will eventually end up like LMR in the 3 to 4 cen range with 200M shares outstanding.
