RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HoldersThe key thing for me is the involvement and shareholdings of strategic shareholders in a company. I don't know of any other junior company that has 3 large mining groups as investors -- like CZX does.
Tongling Nonferrous Metals owns about 33 million shares. Another group Jintuo owns about 7 million shares = 40 million shares. Tongling bought out a copper company 4 or 5 years ago for $650 million for undeveloped copper deposits in Ecuador. So they are not shy in making a bid for big $$$ for high quality undeveloped deposits (like CZX's huge Akie deposit).
Teck and Korea Zinc are also shareholders but more importantly -- they have optioned 3 of CZX's earlier stage prospective claims in the belt. The option requires Teck and Korea Zinc to spend up to $8.5 million on exploration of the properties.
Shares are still trading very cheap right now...and I've been adding...
