Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

News from potential partner Allergan

News today were announced that the deal between Allergan and Teva is taking longer than expected and have agreed to move back the date at which either company could back out of the agreement, under certain circumstances, to Oct 26 from July 26.

If we believe Allergan is the potential partner to Sirona, what does this mean for us? Will we not see a deal until November in best case?
