That was at request of IIROC

That was probably rock bottom for PGD. Running out of money, running out of options.
Desperate times call for desperate measures and they got De Beers to do some 'free' work for a while.

Compared to now with $5.7 million in the bank and a PEA in the pocket...It is very, very different.
