well, if they don't do the deal the unsecured bond holders may get nothing, but I agree they will try to get more and may shoot it down.  Stock holders I think are pretty much screwed we can go with the deal or not, but we have little to work with - it would be nice if it were at twice the level for stockholders and unsecured debt with secured debt taking 90% instead of 95%.

I really don't know if we do better going to bankruptcy as we would need to see the company fetch over $1.5B and I don't know if an;yone would pay that right now?
