Earthworks starts preparations to resume work on Cortina

July 12, 2016

Earthworks Industries Inc. is pleased to report that it has retained SCS Engineers (SCS) to prepare a scope of work and budget to provide engineering and permitting support services for the Company’s proposed development at the Cortina Rancheria in California.

SCS will assist in defining the path forward, given the passage of time since technical submittals were earlier made, and resume the permitting processes. This will include re-engaging the tribal regulatory agency, U.S. EPA and other agencies on the status of the federal approvals.

Company president David Atkinson commented “ We are extremely pleased to have SCS engaged once again as they were an integral part of moving the development forward prior to the Appeal and look forward to working with their team once again”.
