Anybody who bought the IPO and sold the share price is now scrambling to get out alive. This deal changes everything and Birchcliff now ships out of a whole new door. At the time of the financing how can one see this? The short answer, -you can’t! It’s just a shot in the dark. But now, as the fog lifts the operative words for the shorts is “Holy Christ!!!”
Do you remember Teck.B in ’09. That’s as near an example that comes to mind to describe Birchcliff’s immediate situation. IMO.
But please remember this. For Birchcliff to make it’s vaunting true we must see some real momentum going forward with oil and gas prices. Otherwise it’ll be a bust.
