It's a valid point - management has a history of not being entirely accurate or even deliberately inaccurate.

In this case though, based on the jurisdiction and governing body I would be very surprised if they were not able to obtain whatever remaining permits in short order.  It falls under part of plan quebec nord where they encourage mining development through govenrnment loans and preferential tax treatment.

I do find it annoying that this is only being mentioned now, like you say management has always referred to barry as being fully permitted.
