RE:well Murray MacYou raise some good points here Richard.
But my intent is not to make anyone sell, but to counter the over exuberance on the board. A dose of reality if you will. If the phase II results are better than phase I results, then there could be a nice rally on that news, but the warrant holders will once again - kill the upward momentum.
But on a positive note......there is $4 million in cash for Noram, if all the warrants were to be exercised. Thus enough funds for drilling......BUT a huge dilution factor with limited upward movement.

Ya kinda convinced me or should I say annonymous convinced me after weeks of relentless
selling, things kinda went outta proportion when they issued 7+ million shares to themselves
few weeks ago, guess no biggy but like you say those warrants.
Was probably one of my most frustrating investments and thats the problem I invested when I
invest I have always lost some $.
Well as my name says back to trading with high volumes on TSX
Venture is a quick flip day or 2 tops
Held V.NRM for weeks, it was killing me, found my opening today and took it.
V.NRM is a great a company and without a doubt but they need a partner
they still need to raise 700,000 for graphite drilling
and 1 million or so for drilling Nevada not to mention permits and on and on
