RE:RE:If thers a Class Action....I will sign up

RE:RE:If thers a Class Action....I will sign upyes that is true but the buyer knew that devon was actively trying to sell and although price was important it might have been the ultimate reason for the sale, so the buyer got a good deal.

MEG wants to lower leverage but it\s not absolutely required at this time and maybe they have other options as well.

sure if MEG can get top price and good transportation costs they will sell but right now it's not a given.

I find myself agreeing with noideaman which is hard to do but MEG has options.  DEvon just wanted to raiee cash and go nuts on USA shale projects.

so we are back to waiting for higher oil prices and any possible JV news or other news.

jopefully drill rig data is flat tomorrow or hopefully down a little which will help with the belieft that shale will come back in force with 45-50 wti.
