Seems the lack of volumes trading NRM again confirm what you say Murray Mac regarding warrants
Yes, the vast majority of selling today was done on four quick dumps, from four different houses, with very little retail buying in between.
The 79 million warrants were issued over the course of the past seven months, from two placements that were done at $0.01/share. Meaning, that there has also been 79 million shares issued for those two placements. That means that there are holders out there that are willing to sell their $0.01 stock for a quick and wonderful 600% gain.
More than likely, it is their stock.....and not the warrants.....that they are dumping first. The downside to that scenario is, there is NO cash infusion for the company.
What the warrants do, is create an overhanging dilution factor [cheap paper], for they are currently "in the money"!
