Any updates?

Any updates?Does anybody know anything current about Luminor? I invested on the basis of its Scout technology (I know something about diabetes) and now must wonder what is going on.
The website (still Miraculins) has not been updated for a year, and the stock suffered a 25:1 reverse-split in April.
At the start of last year Luminor/Miuraculins had a market cap of $10M, now down to $300K. It appointed relatively new Hong Kong company Catalyn as a distributor, not long after naming Cachet Pharmaceuticals of India as its exclusive distributor in China in 2014, including an initial $15M order by Cachet for Scout devices.
Now I understand that Luminor has established a subsidiary company MedPath Vitality so as to launch a program to help overweight people after a Scout diagnosis of pre-diabetes or Type 2 (if it can find funding for it). It has also spun off Scout Assessment Corp and transferred its secured debt there.
Presumably there is a plan here beyond a financial shuffle. Does anyone know what it is, or care to make an educated guess as to what might be going on?
The lack of communication, intended or not, from this publicly owned company is shameful.
