Takeover attempt pending

Takeover attempt pending
Yes , that is the only thing that makes sense , seeing 13,190,200 shares traded in 4608 trades today. This is an average of 2862 shares per trade. I find it hard to believe that this many small retail investors would suddenly decide to go on a buying spree of VIT today. No , this event has been planned for a long time. Yesterday , only 1,482,260 shares traded in 444 trades. The parties intent on a takeover looked at market depth and determined that they were going to acquire a certain number of shares at an acceptable price. And the closing price of .76 gives us all a clue as to the pending offer per share. Because , I am assuming , not having access to market depth , that they could have acquired more shares today at a higher price, if they had so wanted to do so. The parties intent on a takeover have likely been accumulating shares in a stealth mode for a long time. A property like VIT has , is as rare as hens teeth. The trigger for a move was likely the deteriorating macroeconomic factors in today's world. Plus the big money realizes that other big money is moving into gold with a vengeance. J.M.H.O.
