while I agree we may be at the start of an orphaned position, one size does not fit all, go to the quote section of this board, and look at the 5 year  chart, "curve", doesn't fit.  It is possible management will do another rights offering, if there is no partner in the future, and kill the sp once again, difference this time maybe is it will be filled as shareholders have a much better idea of what is in front.  Cheers, GLTA
