it's a bitter sweet deal when yes it's behind them but it's time to pay with more and more serious dilution. This company is putting their common share holders behind an 8 ball for profit. Even if they manage to get this thing off the ground the continuous dilution is going to kill any real profit to its shareholders. Jmo
