RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MMPR V2Remember what the allard case was for. It was to allow patients to grow their own marijuana because  they have the right to affordable access to their medication. The 6 month timeline was to make some regulations and update the old system. Medical patients will be allowed to grow their own.
