Remember a TSX listing does not mean an increase in share price, it means that if the share price gets higher it may allow the larger pension funds etc to buy in. If a 2.50 share price on the Vancouver prevented large funds to buy in it is likely to prevent them from buying on the TSX if it remains at the same 2.50 price. I do not know what kind of price would allow funds to get in on, I'll leave that to the experts.
