RE:RE:RE:Extreme complexity of the shares structureBombardier n'est pas comme Airbus, Boeing ou Embraer ...elle a aussi une division ferroviaire et elle se finance la ou il y a des investisseurs et c'est surtout pour creer de la visibilite sur les principales bourses. Bombardier Transport a son siege social a Berlin en Allemagne.

De plus, tout le monde sait que Bombardier est une entreprise canadienne et que la majorite des actions se transigent sur la Bourse de Toronto.

Il ne faut pas melanger les actions ordinaires et les actions privilegiees. 

Quel est le cout d'administration ...pratiquement zero compte tenu du chiffre d'affaires. 

Les medias ont beaucoup parle des classes A et B ...pour rien dire car j'aime que le controle soit au niveau de Bombardier.
