small volumes of shares swapped back and forth to force prices lower where colluding brokers through aggressive algorithms create price falls that then enhance the possibility of successful exits from the short sold positions...hedge funds could do this as well if there is an aggressive entrepreneur hedge fund as we have seen have increasing holdings in the surrounding area of exs property...it is likely however as was indicated as one major....yes hopefully the 20% threshold by them is not met and remember that one of the inside owners has approximately 16 % if they are trying to maximize the value for existing shareholders and not sell out at a cheaper premium takeover offer.
