RE:As this RBM goes Private...Hi back an all that. This would be the 2nd Co. for me that gone private, last one was  Insulpro.  Yup, all the ducks are lined up,got good connections,  shareholders paid for it all over the years to fine tune it through DD and what do you get?...... A ROLLBACK ...... Now 2016 she's good to go.... Private. This will be a very cheap buyout for the CEO and the board you think?
