I see now that the "floor" was meant to be a $40 floor to the share price and that was what cracked, but even if so, I think Roller is correct in that the debt is manageable. The last disclosure statement made by the company in the form of a press release last week said they are paying the interest on the debt so nothing not to like and it clearly says there will be no breach of covenants. A lot of us would have liked some of the principal paid down as well but their payment to the prior owners of Cinven was large, so can totally understand why no principle is being repaid. Agree with Roller as well that Drug pricing will blow over in the UK just as it will in the U.S. once Trump gets elected.
