You don't go to the pharmacy to sniff your Tylenol pills - Allard is an idiot and the Govt will build laws that bypass his judgment and manage to respect the law. If MJ is a -medicine- then people will buy what they are prescribed, not what they prefer in Pharmacies. If the Govt chooses to sell MJ in state owned organizations (such as LCBO or SAQ) then it will have the same purpose as recreational alcohol and it would make sense for people to have access to 1000 strains from around the world. I believe that the system to come is either state controlled or state controlled along with pharmacies for those with prescriptions.
