Just a few questions.

Just a few questions.Hey All,

New to this board and never posted, but have lots of EHT shares (unfortunately. lol) and a few questions.

I was was curious to anyone's thoughts on the possibility this stock is being manipulated. Bobby Axelrod I am not, but it seems like every time the stock makes even the smallest increase during a normal trading day in the last little while somebody sells into the market a little cheaper and knocks it down very quickly after. It cant seem to get any traction whatsoever. Am I seeing this wrong or do others share this sentiment ? Is it just the markets right now ?

The second topic I wanted some thoughts on was the $9 million to be recovered from the AVIA deal. Typically when deals like this are consumated money is usually held in trust by lawyers until closing, no ? If indeed this deal was consumated similiarly would the money not be easily recoverable as the deal seems to be officially done, yes ?

Cheers.
