So is your question a result of emailing GLH, or just typing before thinking?  Reread the post and you will see I asked them regarding the TSX (the mention of the letters, and the statement about comparables with CGC should have been a giveaway as well).  All better now?

There is no point going from one junior exchange to another one (yes, that is meant in the context of Canada).  The point is to get to the larger and more recognized exchanges.  This should help give the stock much needed legitemacy, exposure, and liquidity.
