They are a straight shooting company and want into the North Sea. And they want to be there for the long haul. Aberdeen is a small community and the last thing that they would want to do is make a hostile bid for Ithaca. They were invited on to the BOD with the understanding that they would eventually take the company over and pay a fair price. If Delek Group wants to be in the NS for the long haul - which they do (go read their web site) then they want to be seen as a company that the community can trust. They are outsiders and need the backing of a company like Ithaca to grease the way for them. This is happening with Ithaca and now we see that they are making a play for a piece of Kraken. These guys take the long view and taking IAE out in a hostile bid at $1.40 is not going to meet their long view needs.
