On the west side of the basin they are more likely competing with Fort Mac trades than the East side of the basin. You are going to have millwrights, pipefitters, electricians, ironworkers the works to draw from. I think it will depend more on the state of the oil environment than anything for trades. Who are they competing with on permitting there is no permitting going on? The supply contracts I tend to agree with you on but I think there is merit in the security of a basement hosted deposit.
