RE:IFT 16All of these products look like are using Clarisoy 150 isolated soy protein. Which is for use in beverage systems with a pH of less than 4.0 where a cloud system is required.
I was hoping they would showcase more Clarisoy 100 which is used in transparent beverages like sports nutrition beverages, fruit-flavored beverages, fruit juice blends and fortified waters. I would think there would be a higher demand for these products.
Any thoughts?
