RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Article for you guysI spoke this morning with JJ Jannex. Since my office is only 15 minues away from Excelsior's office here in Phoenix, he is arranging for me to meet with Twyerould sometime next week. I want to discuss how they expect to finance development once permits are received.
Jannex said that everything is on the table including debt, equity, streaming, and a combination of all three. Not his call to make but he seemed to be pretty current on Excelsior's strategies.
Once I meet with Twyerould I will post notes of my conversation.
Regarding permitting, Jannex said that they continue to work with ADEQ and the EPA and everything is on schedule. There is some isolated local opposition from a handful of people in Dragoon but they lack funds and will not be able to dispute the technicals of the project. He compared Gunnison to Taseko's Florence in-situ project. That project is zoned residential and requires rezoning which the locals are reluctant to do. Gunnison is zoned for mining and has the backing of the local Cochise County government, according to Jannex.
