Downward Pressure on NMX .... shorting !!

Downward Pressure on NMX .... shorting !!This recent PP screams out a significant SHORTING opportunity for recipiants of the PP. They will SELL the units purchased (and/or the shares they already accumulated) and hold on to the warrants since they were free. A NO HOLD period tells the whole story of intent by the offering.
A NO HOLD period is disrespectful to current shareholders (typically a four month hold period is standard). An accelerated expiry clause on a traded warrant (NMX.wt) is crazy in itself.
Question: Can anyone find a press release or disclosure from the company that states the terms of the PP along with "the warrants will trade under the symbol of NMX.wt on the TSX" in the SAME PARAGRAPH. I have not seen any. This is why it is difficult to find out exactly what one is trading for when purchasing the warrant on the TSX. I cannot tie one to the other directly and I still cannot confirm the warrant details of NMX.wt since I have not seen it in writing.
