Does anyone know what PYR's role was in sending the lab samples to the USA lab?

If PYR is all about plasma tech, wouldn't PYR have worked with testing labs in the past?  Wouldn't PYR be able to expedite the results from the lab?

Why hasn't PYR stock advanced?
