Geomega Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration and evaluation company focused on the discovery and sustainable development of economic deposits of metals in Quebec. The Company is a developer of clean technologies for the mining, refining, and recycling of rare earths and other critical materials. Through its wholly owned subsidiary Innord Inc. (Innord), the Company is developing innovative technologies for extraction and separation of rare earth elements and other critical and strategic metals from its mining properties and other mining and industrial waste in an environmentally sustainable way. G1: all ex-insiders seemed to be on SEDI with the date where they ceased being an insider. The first thing we should have is a confirmation of Pbay source unless you can confirm what he claimed. Then SEDI would give us the answer when reported (and it could be multiple insiders sales if it is confirmed, not only one seller). I am not sure though about the delay to report an insider transaction to SEDI (is it 10 days or 30 days from the transaction?)
