No sense in responding to the argument of BiOasis has great data, but it can't be shown because you are going to steal it.

Sense? I hope that word salad sentence makes sense to somebody out there.

I recently highlighted a company here that was claiming the same and then finally filed BK.

Yes, that's a problem if you are unable to distinguish between BTI and the company that failed.
