Just a matter of time before the stock rockets when a wealthy investor or two realizes that the stock is the steal of the century at these prices. I see it easily above 50 cents by year end and over $1 next year. CASH FLOW IS KING. They are acquiring a company with a pipeline of streams/royalties providing ANNUAL CASH FLOW of US$15 million ($20 million Canadian). Since streaming/royalty stocks trade at a cash flow multiple of over 20, implied total market value would be $400 million canadian once all the deals have closed. Stock is trading at about a $10 million market cap. LOL. Now that's funny. Even with dilution to close the purchase, stock will rocket over the next few months.
