debentures
debenturesSomeone posted the details of Don's last buy. A debenture. Take a look at the details and covenants contained within and it may give a slight snap shot of why these gestures may not be moving the needle (lots of reasons, yes I know).
In my brief skim I think it shows interest details, as well and share conversion. What may not sit well with the investing public is the possible dilution these debentures may bring. Although the positive is the shares would be held by insiders who have a stake at risk in the company.
Once more research and reports come out we will be able to evaluate the stock on a diluted and non-diltuted basis.
Lots of the companies in the past have told investors that things are great, the company is great, all is well. All the while things were actually not. The difference here is that this executive put money in (the guys at places like Enron were bailing). $500,000 is sizeable for anyone (not to mention his other purchases). He is obviously banking on getting that money back (and then some). Plus he has a vested interest to see this company do well.
