Arbitration

ArbitrationThere is little doubt that the window is closing for the government to resolve the EOM issue as the arbitration date looms. As important as it is to get arbitration off the ground it is still the last resort. I personally would like to know the EOM strategy, for example is arbitration a vehicle to push the government to accomodate EOM and restore previously agreed boundaries?

Forecast/12 repeated his previous statement regarding the entity that will fund the arbitration. However, no such announcement has been made by EOM. His statement has not resulted in a stampede to buy shares. It appears to lack credibilitity. I have adked Investor Relations to confirm or deny his post and have not received an answer. That is not surprising as no information at all is fortcoming.

The much maligned Schiff has articulted several scenarios that have been rejected by several on the board. I am not so fast to do so as there is still some room for common sense to prevail. It is still the preferred outcome for EOM, but if it is indeed arbitration, so be it. I would still like to know the strategy of EOM particularly if they are holding off on announcing arbitration in hopes to obtain a better outcome.

We will all find out around September 7, 2016. Certainly GLTA, we are all in the same boat an hoping for a decent return regardless of our personal views.
