Let's not forget Nemaska's mini plant.

That'll be up and running soon enough and capable of producing up to 610 tonnes per year. I just got that data off their site just now. It said only 500 last time I checked some time ago. That mini plant cost of 38 million has been taken care of let us not forget.

So add that to your book value as well.
