This article suggest that's could be a good move to purchase debentures (DB.C and DB). It's could be a turning point from a long-term view. The equitization of the 2018 debentures should remove a barrier to parties to make a bid on the company... Since announcement, trading activities of DB.C represent only 6% of remaining debentures. Probably that some debenture holders are interested to "take control" of the company via this transformation of debentures in shares... Somes parts of this company are very valuables.
