While I agree that Bokan will probably be on the back-burner for at least another year or two, I have several things to say about the rest of what you said...
1. When I talked to Mark at PDAC this year, the AIDEA funding was very much still on the table. The funding will be implemented after environmental studies and the BFS are completed and Ucore is given the go-ahead for their mine.
2. Of course there's no BFS yet. They're waiting on data from the MRT pilot plant to have all the costs associated with processing figured out. The BFS can't move ahead until pilot plant testing is done and as we all know, it's not completed yet.
3. Bokan will never be a spoke. Bokan and Ucore are the hub and any MRT processing of specific elements or for specific companies will be the spokes. Just because Bokan is on the back-burner for now does not mean that it is a "spoke".
