Trump speech

I watched closely tonight....I think Hillary is now in for a horse race. Takeways for me as it affects CXV:

- tough on crime and immigrtion. Drugs will be more difficult to get across borders. No mention of the addicts and how to deal with them.
- will get rid of Obamacare - don't think this affects CXV, as Parity Act applies. No mention of mental health treatment, but committments to see a doctor of your choice - might apply to CXV?

Lots of "what he will do", but not "how to do", and lots of competing visions. He did mention a ten-point plan...I presume this was released today.
