I think i know why Treetop made this statement. He is living in the past, still clinging to his previous assertion that it would be impossible for them to restart, they have no cash. Even when conditions have changed and improved, he is still in a state of denial, continuing to post and proving himself wrong.

Treetop is so uncertain that he can't see past his nose?
Sure there are some risks but it is pretty much certain they will restart.
With $1300 gold it is pretty much certain they will make a profit, even with a $1000 AISC.
