Adding Sub 0.40…You have to be a buyer when others are selling down big on no news. It’s getting so cheap, will continue to nibble away at this level in front of earnings. If I am wrong, I am going down with the ship but trading at an EV/Sales of 0.70x there is value here with all the recent contract announcements and stability of the underlying business.
The last time we traded at this level was March 21st, lets recap what has happened since then;
1. Billings Solutions LLC acquisitions which added aprox. 8M in revenue
2. 1 Mental health contract award through Billings Solutions
3. 4 new ground contracts through HSI
4. REACH contract extension
I will take all those net positive and get to pay the same price and wait for fundamentals to take back control of the share price.
