Not quite true, as per SEDAR:

"The Company has a Zeolite project in the Bromley Creek area located near Princeton, British Columbia. The Zeolite claims are subject to a $1.50 per tonne royalty payable to an unrelated third party and a royalty payable to the government of British Columbia. "
